My husband and I recently bought a house. During inspection they noticed a few spots on the roof. The first roofer that our realtor had come out quoted us $800 to fix it, although he said they were minor. Luke came out and said that the roof was perfectly fine. There were no leaks and it was still completely sealed. It was wonderful to have someone come out and be completely honest and not just try to make a buck off of us. We will definitely use him for any and all future claims!
